Refund & cancellation policy.

Summary

• You can cancel your paid subscription any time from your account billing page.
• Monthly subscriptions run until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then stop. No renewal.
• Annual subscriptions run until the end of the 12-month period you paid for, then stop. No renewal.
• Unused portions of a billing period are not prorated. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access through that period.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to your SpyGlow account.
2. Go to Settings, then Billing.
3. Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

A cancellation confirmation email is sent after the action completes. If it does not arrive, email Click to show email.

Tracked competitor data and historical reports are preserved for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days of inactivity on the Free plan, archived data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

When refunds are issued

Refunds are issued in three specific situations:

• Duplicate charge. If a billing period was charged more than once, the duplicate charge is refunded.
• Billing after cancellation. If a subscription renews after a cancellation has been confirmed, the erroneous charge is refunded.
• Material service failure. If SpyGlow is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing period, the affected period is prorated or refunded on request.

When refunds are not issued

• Unused portions of a billing period after a cancellation.
• Auto-renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
• Free-trial upgrades reconsidered after the billing period begins. Cancelling ends the subscription at the period close.
• Plan downgrades mid-period. The new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
