A competitor is a company you actively track inside SpyGlow for updates, positioning, content, and alerts. You can swap competitors as your market changes.
What counts as a domain?
A domain is a website you connect for SEO audits, tracking, and visibility insights (e.g., your main site, sub-brands, or separate properties).
What happens if I hit a monthly limit?
You can upgrade anytime, or wait until the next cycle resets. If you routinely hit a limit, it usually means you're getting value—and Pro/Growth/Teams will fit better.
Why does Teams have shared limits?
Teams plans are designed for collaboration: pooled usage makes it easy for a GTM team to flex output across members without managing individual caps.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required during the trial. Upgrade to Pro at any time if you need more competitors, domains, or AI usage.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes—annual billing is available and includes a discount of approximately 17% compared to monthly billing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing is prorated automatically.
