1. The Service

By using SpyGlow, you agree to these terms. SpyGlow provides an autonomous competitive intelligence workforce.

Instead of a traditional software tool, we provide AI Agents (including "The Watchdog," "The Strategist," and "The Spy") that perform tasks such as web monitoring, data analysis, and content strategy generation on your behalf.

2. Agent Authority & Responsibility

When you deploy a SpyGlow agent to monitor a website or analyze a competitor, the agent acts on your instructions. You agree that:

• You have the right to access and monitor the public websites you target.
• You will not use agents to harvest personal data (PII) or violate the terms of service of target websites.
• You are responsible for the actions your agents take under your account.

3. AI Limitations

Our agents use advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze data. While highly capable, AI can occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" information.

SpyGlow provides intelligence, not advice. You should verify critical data points before making significant financial or business decisions based solely on AI-generated reports.

4. Fair Use

Please use your agents responsibly:

• Do not overwhelm target servers with excessive request frequencies.
• Do not try to reverse-engineer the agents or the platform.
• Do not use the service for illegal activities or harassment.

5. Payments & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can fire your agents (cancel subscription) anytime from your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime for your agents. However, we cannot guarantee availability during maintenance windows or upstream provider outages (e.g., if an LLM provider goes down).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpyGlow is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of competitor data or the strategic insights provided by the AI. We are not liable for any business losses incurred from acting on SpyGlow insights.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our agents evolve. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of your agents implies acceptance of the new terms.
