Does SpyGlow read my Slack messages?

No. SpyGlow requests only the scopes needed to post messages and look up channels. We never read inbound messages, DMs, or channel content. The OAuth scope list is visible during the authorization flow.

Can I route different change types to different channels?

No. Alerts post to the one channel you pick. You can choose which change types are sent there.

What happens to alerts if I leave Slack or disconnect?

SpyGlow gracefully falls back to your other configured channels (email, in-app, webhook). Past alerts remain in your SpyGlow dashboard. Reconnecting picks up where you left off.

Does this work on Slack Enterprise Grid?

Does this work on the Free plan?

No, Slack is included on Pro, Growth, and Teams. Free users get in-app activity and the Monday Brief, with optional email alerts configured per competitor.
