Team
Invite teammates into one shared SpyGlow workspace on the Teams plan, and see what the team shares and what stays personal.
When competitor research lives in one person's account, everyone else works from forwarded screenshots. On the Teams plan, your team works from one workspace: the same competitors, changes, battle cards and actions.
Plan and seats
Teams costs $299 a month and includes 3 seats. Each extra seat is $39 a month, up to 25 seats. On annual billing, the 3-seat price is $2,988 a year, and each extra seat is still $39 a month.
Everyone on the team takes a seat, including people who have been invited but have not accepted yet.
The team shares one set of monthly limits. Each extra seat raises them, for example by 5 competitors and 150 AskGlow questions a month. See Plans and limits.
Change the number of seats
The owner clicks Change seats on the Team page, which shows while the subscription is active. Choose the number of seats, check the new price, and confirm.
- Added seats are charged now for the rest of the billing period, then at the new price.
- Removed seats become a credit on your next invoice.
- You cannot go below the number of seats in use. Remove members or cancel invites first.
If the change cannot be made online, the dialog says so, and support can add the seats for you.
Open the Team page
Click Team in the sidebar. It shows on the Teams plan. The page lists your seats, your role, the team's shared usage and every member.
Invite a teammate
Only the owner can invite people.
- On the Team page, click Invite member.
- Enter their Email Address and Full Name.
- Click Send Invitation.
They get an email with an Accept invitation button. The invitation expires after 7 days, but it keeps its seat until you remove it. To send a new one, remove the person from the list and invite them again.
Invite member is greyed out when every seat is taken.
Accept an invitation
- Open the link in the invitation email.
- Click Sign in to Accept, and sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
- Click Accept Invitation.
You join as a Member and land on the Team page. If you are signed in with a different email address, the page shows an "Email mismatch" warning. Sign in with the invited address instead.
You can belong to one team at a time. If you already pay for your own SpyGlow plan, cancel it on the Billing page first. Joining a team does not cancel it for you.
Roles

Each team has one owner. To hand ownership to someone else, contact support.
What the team shares
Everyone on the team sees and works on:
- competitors and their monitored pages
- changes and monitoring reports
- battle cards
- actions, which you can assign to a teammate
- content gap analyses, keyword research and SEO audits
Each person keeps their own:
- AskGlow chats and saved questions
- alert settings, Slack connection and webhooks
- sign-in methods and account settings
- anything they created before joining the team
Alerts for a competitor go to the teammate who added it, through that person's alert settings, Slack and webhooks. Everyone else finds the change on the Changes page.
Remove a member
- On the Team page, click the three-dot menu next to the person.
- Choose Remove Member and confirm.
Their seat frees up and their account moves to the Free plan. What they added to the team stays with the team. Use the same steps to cancel an invitation that has not been accepted.
Members cannot leave a team on their own. Ask the owner to remove you.
